Shipping Policy

Our products are shipped from China. Orders will be dispatched within a few business days after final QC approval by the relevant department.

Detailed tracking information will be automatically sent to your registered email once your package is officially dispatched from our sorting center.

Customers may check full tracking details in the "My Account" section after logging in.

If tracking information is not displayed immediately after receiving the shipment notification, please allow 1-2 business days for the system to update.

Expedited Shipment

Shipping methods can be adjusted for rush orders or to reduce delay risks. Such requests are accepted before order dispatch.

Note: PO boxes and FPO/APO military addresses can only be shipped via standard shipping methods.

Expedited shipping fees may be higher than standard rates. You may be required to pay the price difference. Please contact our customer service for inquiries or adjustments.

International Shipping

International shipping costs are calculated in USD based on package weight and destination.

If actual shipping charges differ from the website estimate, we will contact you to confirm and authorize additional fees before shipment.
