Currency & Customs Policy

To ensure accurate order pricing, the default currency is determined by your registered billing address. For unregistered users, currency is based on the shipping destination.

For international shipments, import sales tax, customs duties, and handling fees are levied by the destination customs office and charged to the recipient by the courier. By placing an order, you agree to comply with the import regulations of the destination country.

Please note that import duties, taxes, and handling fees charged by customs or our courier are non-refundable, even if the items are returned.

Any refund for duties, taxes, or handling fees will be issued exclusively in the form of a store voucher.
