Return Policy

Return & Warranty Policy

If your product arrives damaged or is not working, you can return it within 7 days after delivery, or 30 days after shipment if the delivery date is untraceable. For orders shipped to Brazil or Russia, the return period is 40 days after shipment. You will receive an email with shipment details once your order is dispatched. Some products may have specific policies.

Within Warranty Period

We will reimburse return shipping fees after the defective item arrives at our warehouse. Any additional costs during the return process are at the customer’s expense.

Outside Warranty Period

The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and charges.

Return DOA (Dead on Arrival) Item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives broken. High-value items may require a return with all original accessories. Missing accessories will incur additional charges. Return shipping fees are fully covered by us.

Return Defective Item

Please provide the following proofs for defective items:

  • Photos of the package front and back
  • Partial shipment slips (if applicable)
  • Photo or video of the defective item
  • Detailed description of the problem

Within 90 days of shipment: Free refund or replacement. Return shipping fee reimbursement is 35% of the item price, maximum $40.

90–180 days of shipment: Free repair or replacement. Two-way shipping fees are covered by us.

After 180 days: Refunds or replacements are no longer accepted.

Return Incorrect Item

Contact us and provide photos/videos of the incorrect item. Logo or packaging differences due to batch updates are not covered. Return in original condition for free replacement and shipping reimbursement.

Return Unsatisfactory Products

Return within 14 days of delivery for a refund or replacement (shipping fees excluded). Customer covers two-way shipping if the return is not our error.

Important Notes

  • Contact us for approval before returning any items
  • Keep all original packaging and shipping documents
  • Provide return tracking number and shipping receipt after mailing
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refuse broken or open packages upon delivery
  • Avoid express services (DHL/UPS/TNT) for returns to prevent high duties
  • Include order details inside the return package
